Welcome to my humble Ultima Online page. My name is Kulgan and I can be found on the Atlantic shard. At present this site is here to make RPG CHARACTER DATABASE available to all those who like me play multiple shards and have a hard time keeping track of all the character's on every shard. RPG_CHAR is a simple yet efficient database that keeps track of all the important things in UO. It is also self-contained and does not require any other application to run and best of all it's freeware. RPG Character database has been built with online gaming in mind so this database is not limited to Ultima Online character tracking but can be used for any online games.
